It takes a standard action to issue commands so it's one or the other. I'll just go with the command rather then the charnel touch this turn since you mentioned it first.

Red skeleton attacks Blue skeleton.

The javelin flies wide of the skeleton, impacting on the stone wall behind it. The force of the impact snaps the shaft in half, effectively destroying the weapon.
