can't see the dice roller

using ff 4 on a winxp machine and i can't see the dice roller or how to use it.

It won't be visible in the 1st thread in a topic for some reason. You have to Reply to an already-existing thread. It has its own line right below the Preview/Send line and will say Default Die Roller. The die selector is a drop-down menu, the number of rolls (4 for char gen) is an entry field, and the + sign next to that gives you more dice to roll.

Did you find it? I'm using FF4 also and had no problems.

Here's what I found in the help forum:

The roll dices button is not displayed...
- when creating a new topic
- when editing a topic
- in the quick-reply box

You're trying to roll from here in the threads, correct?

I agree, both sets would make for an excellent Farmer or maybe even a prestige class like Food Vendor LOL. How about if I just plug you up some numbers for the moment so you can get things going. Keep in mind these are temporary until we can get this figured out unless you decide you want to keep them before rolling.) Racial adjustments could also alter them of course.
15, 15, 12, 10, 10, 8 arranged as desired

Unfortunately we can't just scrap the roller. It's going to be a vital part of our gaming--everything from skill checks to attack rolls....
I'm still looking into why you can't access it. Please let me know as soon as possible when you are able to use it.
